Although this option is listed in the help menu I don't seem to have it in my version of the software. (SortSite Pro 2.05) In its place is a User Agent option which, by the way, is not explained in help.

Well spotted. We replaced the HTML extension option with the user agent option two releases ago but didn't update the documentation. The documentation will be updated next maintenance release.
